Best Practices for Conducting Sex Offender Checks

Pair a local and national criminal search with a national sex offender registry check
Registered Sex Offenders can relocate from one state to another and neglect to register as a sex offender when they get to their new state. For a higher level of protection against offenders who have relocated, be sure to include a national criminal and sex offender search with a local background check, and not just search in the state the organization is operating in or where the applicant  resides.  Tenant PI pulls directly from the Nationwide Dru Sjodin Sex Offender Registry which is recommended by HUD for screening.
